PILLES
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus that cause discomfort, pain, itching, and bleeding. They can be internal (inside the rectum) or external (under the skin around the anus). Piles are a common condition affecting people of all ages, often due to lifestyle factors such as poor diet, constipation, or prolonged sitting.

FISTULLA
An anal fistula is an abnormal tunnel-like connection between the anal canal and the skin around the anus. It usually develops due to an untreated anal abscess, leading to persistent pain, swelling, and pus discharge. Fistulas can cause discomfort while sitting, walking, or passing stools and often require medical attention for complete healing.

FISSURE
An anal fissure is a small tear or crack in the lining of the anus, causing severe pain, burning, and bleeding during bowel movements. It is a common condition that affects people of all ages and is primarily caused by constipation, hard stools, or excessive straining. If left untreated, it can become chronic and lead to complications such as infections or anal spasms.
